The biggest news is - my first cookbook, 100 Perfect Pairings: Small Plates to Enjoy with Wines You Love, is out! Chock full of food and wine pairing recipes for everyday wine drinkers, it's available on Amazon.com and at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and more. I've already turned in the follow-up, 100 Perfect Pairings: Entrees to Enjoy with Wines You Love, scheduled for release in early 2011.
