Maybe you need new recipes. Maybe you’d like to spruce up old recipes with new photography. Or you need a friendly, engaging spokesperson for a PR campaign.

Let me help.

I am extremely good at making my clients’ lives easier. I do what I say, by when I say I’ll do it. Cheerfully. Working with me, you get great work without worry.

Here are some of the things I can take off your plate.

Recipe development

I am really good at creating delicious, doable recipes for home cooks.
In addition to the many cookbooks I’ve authored, co-authored, ghost-written, and contributed to, my recipes have been published in magazines including Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking, Cooking Light, and Clean Eating. And I regularly work with brands and commodity boards including the National Pork Board, the California Milk Advisory Board, California Sweetpotatoes, Lindsay Olives, Annie’s Homegrown, La Terra Fina Dips, Circulon, Anolon, Robert Mondavi Winery, and Grgich Hills Estate Winery.

Specialties include food and wine pairing, healthy cooking, and translating chef recipes into consumer recipes.
